London has been bringing his energetic voice to Wolf Country 107.1 FM since late 2019, and it’s clear he’s having a blast doing it. What started as a chance opportunity through a family friend quickly became a career he’s passionate about, turning this Abilene native and Colorado City transplant into a midday favorite for listeners across the Big Country. 

His on-air style is informative and music-focused, diving into the details behind every song and sharing fun facts listeners might not know. He loves spotlighting country hits, but don’t be fooled – London is also a lifelong metalhead, with a soft spot for prog, thrash, power, and tech metal, and female vocalists who can shred their vocal cords raw. From Symphony-X marathons to dissecting the intricacies of guitar solos, London’s knowledge spans the spectrum – and he loves bringing that passion to the airwaves whenever he can.

Though country music wasn’t always his go-to growing up, it’s now a big part of his life thanks in part to his wife, who made sure he learned his Randy Travis from his Waylon Jennings. These days, you’ll catch him singing along to Luke Combs or Florida Georgia Line, living proof that country music has a way of winning everyone over eventually. 

Off the mic, London keeps his days active with kayaking, hiking with his dogs, and staying fit, while still finding time for nerdy pursuits like restoring and modifying vintage video games. Around town, you’ll often find him at Mi Ranchito with his wife, reliving the time he ate all the ice cream off her lava cake — a move he still insists was totally worth it.
